Symptoms? Yet more pimples! And I’m starting to have shoulder pain if I sit down for too long without wearing a bra as my breasts have become bigger and heavier.
Weight? 132.1 lb -> 133.6 lb (on target)
Change in dietary habits? Was told by OB to increase my dairy intake to 3 servings each day so I’m drinking a lot more milk (with the help of chocolate syrup). The OB said I should have milk, cheese and yoghurt, but I hate the taste of all of them so chocolate milk it is! 😛
Exercises? Still teaching Pole Beginner 1 and Flexyvixens/Legs Wide Open (stretching classes) twice a week and still loving it!
Sleep? Waking up once or twice a night to pee, otherwise sleeping through the night.
Baby movements? Can’t feel them yet. My uterus is anterior (positioned at front of belly) so according to the internet I won’t feel movements until 20 weeks. I can’t wait!!
At week 16 Emilia is as big as an avocado!
Anything else special happened this week?
Celebrated our 10th Valentine’s Day together with some delicious food at Cafe Boulud and a beautiful movie La La Land <3
I also finally got a permanent straight perm for my hair! It’s been almost a year since my last perm and I was starting to look like a hobo.
